Compatibility with the For Rent patch

An exception will no longer occur while instancing sims when using The Sims 4 v1.103.250, and the settings menu and notifications will properly display.

This fix was made possible by the work of Frankk and TURBODRIVER to find an efficient solution to this issue that multiple mods could include without causing issues for each other in the future.
